Miss Jeanette, as the kids call her, discovered Yoga while searching for the perfect exercise. What she discovered was life changing. It was the secret to a calming mind, a peaceful soul, as well as beneficial for the body. She fell in love with how Yoga made her feel and knew she had to practice it for the rest of her life! She enrolled in Ashley Fiala’s Shraddha School of Yoga at the TYC, graduated in the fall of 2014 with 200hr CYT. She has been teaching the Kids and Toddler classes ever since.
Born and raised in California, “The eldest of eight children was always fun!” she says. While her own children were growing up she provided daycare for other children throughout the years, something she will always cherish. Here at the TYC, her kid’s classes are inviting, playful, and sequenced with children’s themes in mind. She takes them on magical journeys where we fly like birds, swim like fish, walk like animals and grow like trees. She is attentive to each child’s individual needs and keeps their attention. She makes them love Yoga and hopes to teach kids to discover their inner self.
Jeanette and her husband have two boys and have live in Temecula since 1996. In her spare time she enjoys the beach, hiking and traveling. Her true passion, besides Yoga, is Portrait Photography. You can see some of her photographs at the TYC studio.
