We will learn together what you need so your yoga is geared exactly for the right effort and the right ease.
Maybe stretch, maybe strength, maybe a combination. But always with the intent to relax, breathe, connect, and be in community.

Join us for a 2-hour event where we will have a conversation about the different “tastes” of yoga you can experience at Temecula Yoga Collective. Learn about the many yoga poses you may see in classes, restorative poses, breathing techniques, and mindful practices.

We will offer you nice yummy Yoga snacks, tea, and a nice GIFT to remind you that yoga is here for you.

The things we do today we help shape our future. If you think about how you have lived your life to date, how you are now, physically, mentally, emotionally, was shaped by your experiences - all of them. From diet and exercise to management of stress these things have helped shape who you are.

We celebrate in who we are while at the same time plan for our future self. Many of us are seeing first hand with our parents and grandparents what it is like to age. Whether we do it gracefully or with more effort, life being what it is, we sometimes don’t have a choice. However, if we do the things today that nurture our bodies and minds, we then have a better opportunity to age gracefully.
